KidsONE gives you everything you need to automate your child care business at the reasonable price of only $299.00 ($399.00 for the network version).  This price includes shipping and handling.  KidsONE comes complete.  There are no extra modules or hidden costs.  The purchase price includes toll-free telephone and email support.  You can call or email us for help at no charge for as long as you are using the program.

Upgrades

We are constantly improving KidsONE.  Most of the improvements are the result of our customers' suggestions.  We release an upgraded version of the program every 12 to 16 months.  When an upgrade comes out, we will send you a packet of information describing the new features.  You decide if the new features make the upgrade attractive for your business.  Currently the upgrade fee is $69.00 (plus $5.00 shipping).

If you choose not to upgrade, you are still entitled to free technical support on any version of the program.  If you skip one or more upgrades and then purchase the latest upgrade, you will always receive the latest version of the program.
