The old backup and restore programs in KidsONE and DanceONE were MS-DOS programs.  Windows XP does not work with MS-DOS programs as effectively as previous versions of windows did and many of our customers, who are using Windows XP, have reported problems with backing up and restoring data.

We have released new backup and restore programs that are designed to work with all version of Windows.  You can download these new programs by right-clicking on the links below and selecting "Save Target as". 

KidsONE Customers

Download and save the following four programs into your KidsONE folder.  You will be replacing the existing programs.  The KidsONE folder is usually located on your c: drive at "program files\one software\kidsone".

KidsONE Backup.exe
KidsONE Restore.exe
KidsONE Transfer To.exe
KidsONE Transfer From.exe

DanceONE Customers

Download and save the following two programs into your DanceONE folder.  You will be replacing the existing programs.  The DanceONE folder is usually located on your c: drive at "program files\one software\kidsone".

DanceONE Backup.exe
DanceONE Restore.exe
